Welcome to BIG Shot Firearm Training. Our site and Shooting Range is currently under development, and expected to be completed in July.

Owner, and Chief Instructor at Big Firearm Training, Marty Ward is the only NRA Certified Instructor in this area. This means that Marty has received extensive days and hours of classroom, and firing range training by the best teachers in the country.

When you begin one of his classes, the first, and most important thing you will learn is SAFETY! How to handle your firearm, and any other one so that you, and others in you class, now, and in the years to come are never at risk.

Marty will teach you following a proven NRA Cirriculum developed over many years, without leaving anything out. If someone wants to look at your pistol 🔫 do you know what to do before you hand it to them, and how to hand it to them? You will.

Beginner or Veteran Shooter? If you’re a beginner, Marty will start you off with no bad habits. You will learn the proper grip, stance, and trigger pull to be on target 🎯 everytime. If you’re a veteran shooter, Marty will quickly notice any bad habits you may have, and help you quickly correct them.

Cleaning Your Firearm

A clean firearm is essential to proper functioning, You will learn this, and get our recommendations on what to buy. If you don’t have cleaning equipment, you can borrow ours for this class activity.
